Submission of a booking request does not automatically guarantee room allotment. All bookings are subject to administrative approval and availability of rooms.
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, cancel or suspend any booking request at its sole discretion without prior notice if deemed necessary due to administrative, operational, technical or security reasons.
Payments made through the Guest House Booking System are processed electronically through an authorized payment gateway service provider.
Any refund request, if considered applicable, shall be examined solely by the competent authority of BFUHS and shall be subject to verification of payment records, booking details and applicable administrative rules.
Submission of a refund request does not automatically create any right, claim or entitlement for refund.
Refunds, if approved by the competent authority, may be processed through the original mode of payment or through any other method considered appropriate by BFUHS.
BFUHS shall not be held responsible for booking failure, payment interruption, delay, duplicate transaction, internet issues, server downtime, banking issues or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
The decision of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot regarding booking, cancellation, refund or any dispute arising from the use of this Guest House Booking System shall remain final and binding.
